Who We Are
We are a family owned business in Ames, Iowa. We own 12 apartments and duplexes. The apartments are located in downtown Ames less than a block from Bandshell Park. The duplexes are in West Ames, a few blocks from the West Ames Hy-Vee. We manage and maintain only our own properties. Because of this, we bring a level of service missing from the large complexes in town.
